What are you going to do

Als hypotheekacceptant werk je dagelijks aan het beoordelen en accepteren van hypotheekaanvragen. Je voert de beoordeling uit volgens de NHG-regels en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van de dossiers. Ook motiveer je afwijzingen en begeleid je de klant van offerte tot de hypotheekakte.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je hebt minimaal een hbo-niveau en hebt werkervaring in de hypotheekbranche. Jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid zorgen voor goede resultaten. Je bent proactief en in staat om dossiers snel en accuraat te verwerken. Je beschikt over de WFT Basis en Hypothecair Krediet certificaten, en je bent bereid om het Wft Vermogen diploma te behalen via Brunel.
