What are you going to do 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Bauprojekten im Straßen- und Tiefbau
  • Leitung und Koordination von Baustellenteams, Dienstleistern und Subunternehmern
  • Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe durch vorausschauende Planung und Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung bei Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation, Verwaltung von Verträgen und Nachträgen
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten und wirtschaftlichen Prognosen
  • Qualitätskontrollen und Abnahmen auf der Baustelle

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Bautechniker:in, Meister:in)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung, idealerweise im Straßen- und Tiefbau
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; Kenntnisse in Bausoftware (z. B. RIB iTWO) von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft, perspektivisch die Standortleitung zu übernehmen
