What are you going to do

Übernahme der Teilprojektleitung und Oberbauleitung gemäß Landesbauordnung (LBO) bei komplexen Baumaßnahmen im Ingenieur- und Tiefbau
Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten - von Planern über Behörden bis hin zu ausführenden Firmen
Unterstützung und Vertretung der Projektleitung in allen Projektphasen
Dokumentation der Baufortschritte sowie Erstellung, Prüfung und Bereitstellung technischer Unterlagen
Erbringung von sonstigen Leistungen für Dritte, z. B. im Rahmen von Genehmigungsverfahren oder Gutachten

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom, Bachelor, Master)
Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Großprojekten
Erfahrung im Bau von Infrastruktur, idealerweise in Tunnel-, Brücken- oder Bahnprojekten
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
