What are you going to do

Sie planen und steuern Raumordnungsprojekte in den Phasen Grundlagenermittlung, Grobplanung, Machbarkeitsstudien und Feinplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Standards.
Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Bau-, Sanierungs- und Umzugsprojekten und koordinieren externe Fachplaner und Experten gemäß den HOAI-Leistungsphasen.
Die Überwachung von Projekte hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Terminen und die Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.
Sie tragen dafür Sorge, dass geltender Vorschriften, Normen und interne Richtlinien eingehalten werden.
Nicht zuletzt begleiten Sie Entscheidungsprozesse in Gremien und im Management und binden dabei wichtige Stakeholder wie den Betriebsrat ein.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder Innenarchitektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Ausführung oder Projektleitung in Bau- Büroprojekten im Rahmen der HOAI
Kenntnisse in CAD-Software (idealerweise AutoCAD)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
