What are you going to do

Fachliche Verantwortung für das Thema technische Sauberkeit im Rahmen der mechanischen Gesamtentwicklung von Maschinen und Modulen für hochreine Umgebungen
Mitwirkung in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams zur Sicherstellung der kontaminationsarmen Auslegung von Komponenten und Baugruppen
Definition technischer Anforderungen zur Vermeidung von Partikel- und molekularen Verunreinigungen (z. B. Ausgasung, organische Rückstände, Abrieb)
Auswahl geeigneter Werkstoffe, Verbindungstechniken und Oberflächenbehandlungen unter Berücksichtigung chemischer und physikalischer Reinheitsanforderunge
Begleitung von Prüfungen, Reinigungsvalidierungen und Verifikationen zur Einhaltung der Sauberkeitsziele
Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichen wie Vakuumtechnik, Thermomanagement, Optik und Systemintegration
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Spezifikationen und entwicklungsbegleitender Dokumentation

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor), z. B. im Maschinenbau, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Systeme für Reinraum- oder Vakuumanwendungen
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
