What are you going to do 

In Ihrer Rolle als Fertigungsplaner (m/w/d) im Bereich Industrial Engineering tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Effizienz und Qualität der Fertigungsprozesse bei. Dabei übernehmen Sie unter anderem folgende Schwerpunkte:

  • Sie erstellen und pflegen Arbeitspläne in SAP und sorgen so für eine strukturierte und nachvollziehbare Fertigungsplanung
  • Sie entwickeln und aktualisieren Montagedokumente, die als Grundlage für eine reibungslose Produktion dienen
  • Sie betreuen und überarbeiten Fertigungsstücklisten, um eine genaue Materialverfolgung sicherzustellen
  • Sie planen neue Montagebereiche und optimieren bestehende Abläufe hinsichtlich Effizienz, Ergonomie und Produktivität

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Prozessoptimierung in der Montage
  • Kenntnisse in LEAN-Methoden sowie idealerweise REFA-Zertifikat für Zeitaufnahmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, CAD-Programmen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
