Als Specialist Hypothecair Planner bij Brunel speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden van onze klanten door het complexe proces van het verkrijgen van een hypotheek. Met jouw diepgaande kennis van hypotheekproducten en -diensten en je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, help je onze klanten bij het vinden van de beste oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun financiële doelen en behoeften.

What are you going to do

Verstrek deskundig advies aan klanten over hypotheekproducten en -diensten.
Analyseer financiële situaties en beoordeel de haalbaarheid van hypotheekaanvragen.
Onderhandel met geldverstrekkers en verzekeringsmaatschappijen om gunstige voorwaarden te verkrijgen voor onze klanten.
Beheer het volledige hypotheekaanvraagproces, inclusief documentatie, verificatie en afsluiting.
Plan zo nodig afspraken in met Hypotheekadviseurs.

Essential skills and knowledge

Je beschikt over een hbo werk- en denkniveau.
Je bent in het bezit van een geldige Wft Basis of bent bereid om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
Je bent commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld.
Je hebt (al enige) werkervaring met klantcontact.
Je bent ambitieus en wil je graag ontwikkelen binnen het hypotheekdomein.

Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €2.800,- o.b.v. 40 uur per week. 26 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om dit tot 40 uit te breiden.
De mogelijkheid om certificaten te behalen: Wft’s, EFA, Lean. Een op maat gemaakt opleidingstraject bij de Brunel Academy.
Een OV-kaart die je zoveel mag gebruiken als je wilt of als je met eigen vervoer reist ontvang je €0,23 per kilometer.
