Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken we een IT Servicedeskmedewerker met minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. Je hebt kennis van Intune, MS365 en Exchange. What are you going to do

Bij een van onze vooraanstaande klanten ga je een sleutelrol vervullen in de overgang naar een moderne en efficiënte werkomgeving. Onze klant hanteert een 'cloud first'-strategie, waarbij het beheer van werkplekken essentieel is voor het succes van de organisatie.

In deze functie ben jij de specialist die snel en effectief IT-problemen oplost. Je voert verschillende systeembeheertaken uit en beheert gebruikersaccounts, werkplekken en servers. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met IT-vragen zorg je ervoor dat zij zonder problemen hun werk kunnen doen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een succesvol afgeronde IT MBO-4 opleiding OF een hbo-propedeuse.
Ten minste twee jaar werkervaring als IT servicedeskmedewerker.
Kennis en ervaring van Intune en MS365.
Proactief en oplossingsgericht.
Bereid om te leren en jezelf voortdurend te ontwikkelen.

What we offer

Een basissalaris variërend vanaf € 2800,- tot € 3200,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
Boven op je salaris een projectgebonden toeslag op basis van je ervaring.
Een OV-business kaart of leaseauto voor jouw reisgemak.
26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder kortingen op bedrijfsfitness en je zorgverzekering.
