What are you going to do

Übernahme der Leitung der Produktion und Führung des Teams als Produktionsleiters.
Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme der E-Zink-Anlage sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.
Koordination und Betreuung des aktuellen Projekts zur Inbetriebnahme der E-Zink-Anlage, mit Verantwortung für die termingerechte Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung.
Führung und Motivation des Produktionsteams, um alle Ziele im Bereich Produktion und Projekt erfolgreich zu erreichen.
Kommunikation mit relevanten Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekt- und Produktionsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Fertigungsstandards und Qualitätsanforderungen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Team- und Projektleitung
Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme von metallnahen Produktionsanlagen
Gute Kenntnisse in der Führung von Teams und im Management von Projekten
Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse zur effizienten Kommunikation im Projektteam
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
