Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen IT-Analysten (m/w/d) zur Administration, Planung, Projektierung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen im Laborumfeld. Sie unterstützen den sicheren und effizienten Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur in einem hochspezialisierten Umfeld.

What are you going to do

Planung, Aufbau und Dokumentation neuer IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Optimierung bestehender Systeme
Unterstützung bei Administration, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen
2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support inklusive Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und Herstellern
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Laborteam zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs
Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemanalysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Risikominimierung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar)
Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V) und Systemadministration
Erfahrung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Serviceorientierung
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke - idealerweise Erfahrung in technisch geprägten Umfeldern wie Laboren oder Produktion
