What are you going to do

Unterstützung der Anwender in sämtlichen IT-Fragen und Bearbeitung im Ticketsystem
Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Schnittstellenarbeit
Aktive Mitwirkung im Change-Management
Beschaffung von Hard- und Software, einschließlich mobiler Endgeräte, sowie gewissenhafte Dokumentation
Vielseitige Unterstützung im Netzwerkbereich, Kassen- und SB-Betrieb sowie bei der Planung und Umsetzung neuer Prozesse im Sparkassenumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung im Providermanagement
Führerschein Klasse B
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Lust auf Teamarbeit und die Einarbeitung in neue, spannende Themen
