Introduction

Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in omgeving Delft zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste IT Support Desk Medewerker. Je komt te werken in een dynamische en leerzame werkomgeving waar gebruikersondersteuning en probleemoplossing centraal staan. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat werkplekken efficiënt zijn ingericht, installeer je laptops, desktops en mobiele telefoons, en zorg je voor de uitgifte daarvan.

What are you going to do 

We zoeken een collega die graag samen met het team de IT Support Desk naar een hoger niveau tilt. Je bent leergierig, ondernemend, stressbestendig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimaal een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding in een IT-gerelateerde richting.
  • Ervaring met ITSM tooling.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

What we offer 

  • Een basissalaris variërend van € 2700,- tot € 3000,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
  • Bovenop je salaris ontvang je een projectgebonden toeslag op basis van je ervaring.
  • Een OV-business kaart of lease auto voor jouw reisgemak.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
