What are you going to do 

  • Assistenzaufgaben, wie Organisation von Terminvereinbarungen, Teambesprechungen und Dienstreisen
  • Telefonischer Ansprechpartner bei internen und externen Anliegen
  • Bearbeitung des digitalen und physischen Posteingangs
  • Durchführung und Nachverfolgung der revisionssicheren Ablage
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung von finanziellen Mitteln
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Angeboten, Bestellungen, Aufträgen und Rechnungen

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation notwendig
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich SAP und sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen erforderlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
