What are you going to do

Selbstständiges Führen und Überwachen von bis zu zwei parallelen Produktionslinien
Bedienen und Steuern von mehr als fünf unterschiedlichen Produktionsanlagen mit moderner Prozessleittechnik (z. B. PCS7)
Durchführung von Herstell-, Rüst- und Reinigungsprozessen gemäß vorgegebenen Parametern
Verantwortung für Qualität, Ausbeute und Produktionsdauer gemäß ISO, GMP, HACCP, FSSC und Halal
Dokumentation der Produktion, Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen und einfachen Laboranalysen
Handling von Rohstoffen, Zwischen- und Endprodukten
Unterstützung bei Wartung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Störmeldungen
Mitarbeit bei KVP-, TPM- und 5S-Maßnahmen sowie bei Auditvorbereitungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Chemikant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit mehreren Anlagen
Erfahrung mit GMP, HACCP, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Prozessleittechnik
Gültiger Staplerschein und Flanschführerschein wünschenswert
