What are you going to do

Störungsannahme und -Bearbeitung 1st und 2nd Level Netzwerk Support NOC Standort Stuttgart
Hotline-Support für interne und externe Kunden
Entstörung im Netzwerk LAN/WLAN/WAN der internen und externen Kunden
Zeitnahe Dokumentation der Störungen in den vorhandenen Ticket Systemen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Techniker als Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemmanagement oder vergleichbar erforderlich
Telekommunikations- und IT-Kenntnisse notwendig
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Netzwerkmanagement- und Reporting-Plattformen (Spectrum, Cisco Prime) wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
