What are you going to do 

  • Sicherstellung der Ordnung und des einwandfreien Zustands der betreuten Immobilien sowie Kontrolle der Gebäude und technischen Einrichtungen am Industriestandort.
  • Unterstützung bei der Betriebsführung des Objekts und Bedienung der technischen Systeme sowie des CAFM-Systems.
  • Planung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Organisation von Prüfungen durch Sachverständige.
  • Akquise und Kalkulation von zusätzlichen Serviceleistungen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z.B. als Anlagenmechaniker in den Bereichen Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer technischer Anlagen
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister, Bachelor oder Ingenieur im Bereich Facility Management, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Versorgungstechnik, Heizung-Klima-Lüftungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Starke Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft, Kostenbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hervorragende organisatorische, dispositive und führungsbezogene Fähigkeiten
