Wij zoeken een Procesmanager die processen binnen verschillende afdelingen kan herontwerpen en optimaliseren om betere resultaten voor klanten te behalen.

What are you going to do

Je verbetert klantprocessen door deze te herzien en efficiënter te maken.
Je maakt gebruik van Value Stream Maps (VSM's) om huidige processen in kaart te brengen en te verbeteren.
Je vertaalt de resultaten van VSM’s naar bruikbare oplossingen.
Je werkt nauw samen met interne operaties en ketenpartners.
Je identificeert en implementeert mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie.
Ervaring met bedrijfsfinancieringen is een waardevolle toevoeging.
Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers om processen praktisch in te richten.
Je ontwikkelt strategische en gedetailleerde procesontwerpen.
Je creëert tools en methoden en helpt medewerkers bij het implementeren ervan.

In elke taak focus je niet alleen op efficiëntie, maar ook op het verbeteren van de werkervaring voor medewerkers en klanten.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
Minstens 2 jaar werkervaring in een relevante functie.
Green Belt-certificering vereist, Black Belt-certificering is een pre.
Kennis van procesontwerp en diverse methodologieën.
Betrokken lid van de Personal Finance Community.
