What are you going to do

Als Projectorganisator Bouwkunde bij BAM Bouw en Techniek - Integrale Projecten Noord zorg jij voor een efficiënte organisatie van het bouwproces. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

Bepalen en adviseren over de bouwmethodiek en organisatorische randvoorwaarden.
Inventariseren en inschatten van risico’s in de tender- en contractfase.
Opstellen van bouwplaatsinrichtingen en tijdsschema’s ter ondersteuning van de begroting.
Advies geven over werkvoorbereiding en taakverdeling binnen het projectteam.
Contractplanning opstellen en beheren m.b.v. BIM-modellen, inclusief voortgangsrapportages.

Essential skills and knowledge

Tenminste een hbo-diploma in een bouwkundige richting.
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als uitvoerder in de bouw.
Affiniteit met BIM- en LEAN-methodieken.
Kennis van Revit, Asta en Ibis Trad is een pré.
Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en werkt gestructureerd.
