Als ervaren projectleider binnen renovatie en onderhoud weet je hoe je je team het beste aanstuurt en zorg je voor een veilige en productieve werkomgeving. Je communiceert helder met stakeholders en opdrachtgevers en durft beslissingen te nemen die van groot belang zijn voor het projectresultaat.

What are you going to do

Als Projectleider Renovatie en Onderhoud bij Salverda Bouw leid je renovatieprojecten van begin tot eind. Je houdt toezicht op de planning, het budget en de uitvoering, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat elk project binnen de gestelde kaders blijft. Jouw dag begint vaak met een overleg over de voortgang, waarin je jouw team motiveert en ondersteunt om samen de doelstellingen te behalen.

Aansturen van het projectteam gedurende het gehele renovatietraject.
Beheren van projecten volgens de GROTIK-principes: Geld, Risico, Organisatie, Tijd, Informatie en Kwaliteit.
Coördineren van vergunningstrajecten en het tenderproces.
Bewaken van de financiële planning en risicobeheersing.
Werken met UAV-GC-contracten en ketensamenwerking.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo-werk- en denkniveau in de richting van bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
Aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider binnen renovatie en onderhoud.
Ervaring met UAV-GC-contracten, RGS en ketensamenwerking.
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschapscapaciteiten.
In staat om zowel het financiële als technische aspect van projecten te beheren.
