What are you going to do

Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Vorbereitungsmaßnahmen für interne und externe Audits nach IATF 16949 und TISAX
Durchführung von Gap-Analysen, Risikoabschätzungen und Reifegradbewertungen in bestehenden Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
Erstellung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumentationen und Prozesse
Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Einhaltung von Normanforderungen, insbesondere im Bereich Informationssicherheit (TISAX) und Automobilqualität (IATF)
Leitung von internen Audits sowie Koordination externer Auditoren
Schulung und Sensibilisierung von Mitarbeitenden zu Audit-relevanten Themen
Nachverfolgung und Verifizierung von Maßnahmen aus Auditfeststellungen (Corrective Actions)

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Konstruktionstechnik, Produktionstechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Mechanik, Produktentwicklung, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL, Luft und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Standards IATF 16949 und TISAX (VDA ISA) sowie ISO 9001 erforderlich
Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Pflege und Auditierung von QMS in einem industriellen Umfeld zwingend (Automotive bevorzugt)
Kenntnisse in Risikomanagementmethoden wie FMEA, ISMS, 5-Why, Ishikawa von Vorteil
Zertifizierte Auditorenqualifikation (von Vorteil: VDA 6.3, ISO 27001, TISAX Assessment-Erfahrung)
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
