What are you going to do

Administration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serverlandschaft (VMware, Proxmox) am Hauptstandort und im Rechenzentrum
Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Sophos XGS-Firewall-Cluster
Verwaltung der Backup-Infrastruktur mit Veeam und Sicherstellung zuverlässiger Datensicherungen
Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Cisco-basierten Netzwerkumgebungen (LAN/WAN), inkl. Monitoring der Performance
Unterstützung des 2nd-Level-Supports sowie aktive Mitgestaltung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
Teilnahme an der 24/7-Bereitschaft im rotierenden Team (mit Zusatzvergütung)

Essential skills and knowledge

Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration, insbesondere mit:

VMware (Pflicht), Proxmox (wünschenswert)
Sophos XGS Firewalls
Veeam Backup & Recovery
Cisco-Netzwerken

Kenntnisse in Monitoring (z. B. Checkmk), Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune) oder Patchmanagement sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
