What are you going to do 

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serverlandschaften (Windows/Linux), Virtualisierungs- und Storagesysteme

  • Betreuung von Verzeichnisdiensten (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) sowie Durchführung von Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement

  • Bereitstellung und Verteilung von Anwendungen (z. B. über Citrix, RDS) inkl. Softwarepaketierung und Automatisierung (PowerShell, Skripte)

  • Betrieb und Absicherung der Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsplattformen (E-Mail-Systeme, Videokonferenz- und Telefonielösungen, Mobile Device Management)

  • Mitwirkung im Bereich IT-Security: Monitoring, Incident Response, Umsetzung von Härtungsvorgaben und Mitarbeit an Sicherheitskonzepten nach BSI-Standards

  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie technische Unterstützung in Projekten

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Mitarbeit an Modernisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem der genannten Bereiche - oder fundierte Kenntnisse durch relevante Projekte
  • Technisches Verständnis, Lernbereitschaft und Lust, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
