What are you going to do 

  • Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung von IT- und TK-Systemen, Netzwerken sowie Server- und Clientanwendungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Updates und Patches
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und -Strukturen
  • Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft sowie Erstellung von Anleitungen und Schulungsmaterialien für Anwender
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Technische Informatik, Computer Science oder vergleichbar notwendig
  • Beurfserfahrung im operativen IT-Bereich, idealerweise Systemadministraion notwendig
  • Kenntnisse in IT-/TK-Komponenten von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Sophos Firewall, Cisco, netFlow, etc. notwendig
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Eglischkenntnisse erforderlich
