What are you going to do

Unterstützung des Marketingteams bei laufenden Projekten und Übernahme kleiner Projekte.
Sicherstellung, dass CI/CD Richtlinien jederzeit eingehalten werden.
Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Präsentationen, Bearbeitung interner und externer Anfragen.
Pflege von Vorlagen und Tabellen.
Organisatorische Aufgaben, wie die Bestellung von Visitenkarten, das Terminmanagement, Reisekostenabrechnungen und die Verwaltung des Marketing-Lagers.
Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen (Deutsch/Englisch - Englisch/Deutsch).

Essential skills and knowledge

Kaufmännische Ausbildung wie zum Beispiel Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein (Bachelor) Studium bspw. BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder vergleichbares
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Teamassistenz und/oder Marketing
Stressresistenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Freude an der Arbeit im Team und im Umgang mit Kunden
Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache
