What are you going to do

Verantwortung für die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams
Betreuung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Automatisierungssystemen und Produktionsanlagen
Entwicklung, Anpassung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Maschinen-, Schraub-, Roboter- und Wickelprogrammen
Planung und Koordination von Service- und Wartungseinsätzen
Fachliche Unterstützung und Förderung von Auszubildenden sowie Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
Aktive Beteiligung an Projekten - von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Produktion
Analyse und Bewertung technischer Prozesse zur Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotenzialen, inklusive Ausarbeitung entsprechender Verbesserungsvorschläge

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar notwendig
Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Elektrofachkraft wünschenswert
Führungserfahrung erforderlich
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
