What are you going to do 

  • Incident und Problem Management speziell im Bereich elektrischer Systeme von Windkraftanlagen.
  • Identifizieren und Analyse von Technischen Problemen Häufungen.
  • Abstimmung und Priorisierung im Technischen Projektmanagement.
  • Validierung, Beauftragung bzw. Implementation von Technischen Lösungen aus der Ferne oder im vor Ort Service.
  • Erstellung von Technischen Dokumentationen, Wissensartikeln und Berichten.
  • Sicherstellen und Einhalten der HSE-Vorgaben im Verantwortungsbereich.

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Informatikstudium oder entsprechende Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Windbranche.
  • Erfahrungen mit SQL-Datenbanken.
  • Erfahrungen mit den Betriebssystemen Windsows XP/7/10 und Linux (z.B. Cent OS).
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich von Netzwerkstrukturen (VLAN, NAT, Routing) und im Umgang mit IT-Werkzeugen und Tools.
  • Reisebereitschaft.
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
