What are you going to do

Als Hypotheekacceptant beoordeel je nauwkeurig binnengekomen hypotheekaanvragen. Je toetst deze aan de NHG-richtlijnen en het acceptatiekader van de opdrachtgever. Daarnaast stel je offertes op en motiveer je afwijzingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het gehele proces efficiënt verloopt, met als einddoel het passeren van de hypotheekakte. Tijdens het traineeship krijg je ondersteuning van een persoonlijke consultant en volg je verschillende trainingen. Samen met andere trainees werk je aan je certificeringen en start je bij een gerenommeerde financiële instelling.

Essential skills and knowledge

Afgeronde hbo-opleiding.
Interesse in de financiële sector, aangetoond door studie of werkervaring.
Uitstekende administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Proactief en flexibel in een dynamische werkomgeving.
Bereid om 3 dagen per week naar Amsterdam, Utrecht of Amersfoort te reizen.
Enthousiast om je carrière een vliegende start te geven.
In bezit van WFT Basis certificering, en bereid om andere WFT-certificaten te behalen
