Als Uitvoerder Elektrotechniek speel jij een cruciale rol in de vernieuwing en transformatie van utiliteitsbouwprojecten op luchthaven Schiphol. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt, met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid.

What are you going to do 

In deze functie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van monteurs en onderaannemers binnen een integraal bouwteam, waarin bouwkunde en installatietechniek samenkomen. Jij bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor de beste oplossingen.

  • Leiden en coördineren van de uitvoering van meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving, waar kwaliteit en welzijn vooropstaan.
  • Bijhouden van de projectadministratie, inclusief voortgangsrapportages en kostenbewaking.
  • Signaleren van meer- en minderwerk en bijsturen op de financiële ontwikkeling van projecten.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en het nauwkeurig bijhouden van revisies tijdens de realisatie.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Jij bent een ervaren en gedreven leider die structuur brengt in complexe projecten en een team weet te motiveren.

  • Minimaal een mbo-4 opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • STIPEL-erkenning of de bereidheid deze binnen 3 maanden te behalen.
  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in utiliteitsbouwprojecten.
  • Je hebt natuurlijk overwicht en weet met overtuigingskracht je team te motiveren.
  • VCA-Vol en GPI-certificaat, of de bereidheid om deze te behalen.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 5.817,- (omgerekend vanuit de 4-wekelijkse betaling).
  • 100% vergoeding van je OV-reiskosten of een kilometervergoeding.

  • 26 vakantiedagen per jaar, met mogelijkheid tot bijkopen.
  • € 1.500,- opleidingsbudget per jaar voor functiegerichte trainingen en cursussen.
