What are you going to do 

  • Eigenständige Durchführung zerstörungsfreier Prüfungen (ZfP) nach den Verfahren MT (Magnetpulverprüfung) und VT (Sichtprüfung) gemäß Normen und Vorgaben
  • Prüfung von Bauteilen in der Halle - Schwerpunkt liegt auf manueller Prüfung und Sichtkontrolle
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung der prüfrelevanten Dokumentation (ca. 10-15 % der Tätigkeit, im Büro)
  • Interpretation und Bewertung der Prüfergebnisse nach Normvorgaben und Kundenspezifikationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Qualitätssicherung und angrenzenden Abteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und internen Schulungen


Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Werkstoffprüfung, Metalltechnik oder vergleichbar
  • ZfP-Zertifizierung nach ISO 9712 für VT und/oder MT (Level 2 bevorzugt, Level 1 möglich)
  • Erfahrung in der Prüfung schwerer Bauteile sowie in der Erstellung prüftechnischer Dokumente
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Normen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
