What are you going to do

The Role:

This full-time role based in Gold Coast offers a steady Monday to Friday schedule.

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades efficiently
Work independently while also leading small on-site teams
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Deliver exceptional workmanship, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a superior standard

Essential skills and knowledge

What You'll Need:

Proven experience working on high-end custom homes, ideally in the $1M - $5M range
Qualified Carpenter with over 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, including high-end renovations and extensions, new builds.
Practical problem-solver with the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of custom renovation work
Holds a current QLD Carpentry License
Full set of tools and reliable vehicle
Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
Ability to work well within a team and follow detailed plans
Professional, punctual, and client-focused, with excellent communication and presentation skills
