The Role:

This full-time role based in Gold Coast offers a steady Monday to Friday schedule.

  • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades efficiently
  • Work independently while also leading small on-site teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a superior standard

Essential skills and knowledge 

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience working on high-end custom homes, ideally in the $1M - $5M range
  • Qualified Carpenter with over 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, including high-end renovations and extensions, new builds.
  • Practical problem-solver with the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of custom renovation work
  • Holds a current QLD Carpentry License
  • Full set of tools and reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your craft
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow detailed plans
  • Professional, punctual, and client-focused, with excellent communication and presentation skills

First Contact

We carefully review your application and in the coming weeks, you will be notified for an interview session if you are selected. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 7 days. 
 

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
