What are you going to do 

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the conformal coating process on printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure high quality and reliability. This includes identifying and resolving coating defects, controlling process parameters, and working with coating and curing equipment.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of IPC standard IPC-CC-830 for conformal coating, with practical experience in PCB coating processes.
  • Hands-on experience with the SL-940 coating machine, including SC 280 film coat and SC 400 jet coat applicators on the Nordson Asymtek platform.
  • Experience with the UV curing process using the UV-9 oven from Nordson Asymtek.
  • Familiarity with the coating material Peers DSL 1600 E-FLZ/75, which uses a circulating heated circuit system.

First Contact
