Introduction

In this position will see you managing contracts from award through to completion, supporting procurement activities, handling variations and claims, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. You'll be a key link between the project team, contractors, and suppliers, helping to keep the works on track and within scope.

What are you going to do 

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts throughout project delivery
  • Manage progress claims, variations, and extension of time requests
  • Support tendering, procurement, and subcontractor engagement processes
  • Maintain contract registers, documentation, and compliance records
  • Provide contractual advice and support to the project team

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on civil, infrastructure, or local government projects
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project delivery requirements
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems
