Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users accessing the ICV Digital Portal
  • Respond to calls and emails from users and suppliers professionally and promptly

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk services, communication help desk roles, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of incident tracking and service management systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Arabic nationals only, with native-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written), as the role requires clear communication with local stakeholders.
  • English: Fluent proficiency (spoken and written) – required
  • Must demonstrate clear and professional bilingual communication in both languages
  • A basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes is preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage high-volume queries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Confident in navigating Microsoft Dynamics and digital platforms
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude

First Contact

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
