Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project documents and files
  • Collect and store project completion/handover documents
  • Support meetings by preparing materials and arranging logistics
  • Assist in preparing charts, documents, and presentations for the Project Manager
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, letters, etc.)
  • Register and distribute project drawings/documents
  • Update document records in shared folders
  • Assist with documentation for ISO audits
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Responsible, organized, and eager to learn
  • Able to work at Woodlands location

First Contact
