Introduction

Our client is seeking a Systems Business Analyst to take on a pivotal role in partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders to design, implement, and support end-to-end business application solutions with OneStream. This position involves gathering requirements, creating detailed technical documentation, building and deploying business models, and providing ongoing daily support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure seamless operations.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5+ years' experience in Business System Analyst experience within Agile/Waterfall environment desired
  • Must have 3+ years experience with OneStream
  • Experience implementing IT projects for finance stakeholders in a global environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or related field
  • OneStream Certified Associate Administration Certification OR OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect Certification
  • Must have hands on experience in authoring functional Design document
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SQL experience. Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Proven ability to develop functional and technical design specifications.
  • Experience with other financial planning tools such as Oracle Hyperion, Essbase,TM1, Cognos, Adaptive, Planful, Anaplan, Blackline is a plus
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping, accounting and financial analysis and reporting Understanding of standard IT change management practices and development lifecycle
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of focus and follow-up and outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptable and a positive attitude
