What are you going to do

Entwicklung von Bauteildesigns für Kunststoffteile, Kunststoff-Metallverbindungen und Stanzteile mithilfe von SolidWorks
Durchführung und Auswertung von Füllsimulationen
Erstellung von Werkzeugkonzepten für die Fertigung
Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen, Stanzwerkzeugen und Änderungskonstruktionen
Überprüfung und Freigabe von Spritzguss- und Stanzwerkzeugkonstruktionen
Entwurf von Vorrichtungen zur Fertigung von Bauteilen
Entwicklung von Elektroden für die Werkzeugherstellung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker mit einer Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Informationstechnologie, Automatisierungstechnik , Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische BWL notwendig
Erfahrung in der Konstruktion und Funktionsweise von Kunststoffen oder Stanzwerkzeugen erforderlich
Fundierte Kentnisse in Solidworks erforderlich
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
