What are you going to do 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and projects within the Biomedicine Portfolio, focusing on Immunology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Leverage technology platforms like Microsoft Teams and Veeva Vault to manage marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and strategies.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Pharmaceutical experience and previous exposure to marketing roles (internship/co-op experience is ideal).
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Veeva Vault, email, and web management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • A proactive team player who can adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Open to candidates with experience in any therapeutic area.
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and contributing in a cross-functional capacity.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
