Introduction

The Project Advisor will be responsible for promoting a safe workplace culture, working with stakeholders across the business both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of project management principles and have experience working in construction and mining or HME.

What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site support - Problem-solving on-site
  • Liaison between departments
  • Safety and compliance monitoring
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling
  • Rostering and workforce planning
  • Monitor project progress
  • Data collection and reporting
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Vendor management
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Assist in compliance audits
  • Support all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Support operational efficiency improvements
  • Communication of project changes

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

- Must have experience working in construction and mining or HME - Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to work with stakeholders across the business - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full Manual C Class driving licence - Must have current right to work in Australia
- FIFO experience preferred - Ability to work on an 8:6 roster
