As a Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of equipment-focused work packages within a larger project framework. This includes overseeing the full lifecycle-from design and procurement to installation, commissioning, and qualification-ensuring each phase is delivered to scope, cost, and time requirements.

What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment-related work packages from planning through to commissioning and qualification
  • Coordinate factory acceptance testing (FAT), delivery, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Interface with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on deliverables
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with GMP standards where applicable

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or Mechanical)

  • 3-10 years' experience in a similar role within industrial sectors

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech is highly desirable

  • Strong background with packaging lines or related equipment

  • Experience from similar industries such as food & beverage or dairy will also be considered

  • Proven ability to manage multiple project stages with minimal supervision
