Sie behalten gern den Überblick - selbst wenn gleich vier Paketdienste gleichzeitig anrufen? Sie lieben es, wenn alles wie am Schnürchen läuft - vom Wareneingang bis zur Auslieferung? Dann kommen Sie ins Team und unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden vor Ort.

What are you going to do 

  • Erstellung von Transport- und Versanddokumenten mit SAP & anderen DV-Systemen
  • Überwachung von Zustellungsterminen sowie Koordination von Terminaufträgen
  • Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Verbringungsnachweisen
  • Retourenmanagement und Bearbeitung von Transportschäden
  • Auftragsabwicklung mit TNT, UPS, FedEx und DHL
  • Buchung von Wareneingängen bei Retouren
  • Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktionsplanung und Vertrieb
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Management-Dokumenten
  • Bestellung von Produkten und Verbrauchsmaterialien für den internen und externen Bedarf

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im logistischen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 sowie MS Word, Lotus Outlook und den Tools von TNT & UPS
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen/-gütern
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht (ICAO/IATA) von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für QM-Systeme (Logistik-Vorgabe-/Arbeitsanweisungen)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
