Brunel Papua New Guinea are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Specialist to join our team for a Workshop FIFO position in Papua New Guinea (PNG). What are you going to do 

As a Senior Workshop Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance for workshop operations in PNG. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful execution of projects and the maintenance of workshop equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Heavy Equipment in a relevant technical field
  • Proven experience working as a Technical Specialist in a workshop setting
  • Strong knowledge of workshop operations and equipment maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) basis to PNG
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
