You'll oversee the full construction lifecycle of luxury residential builds, managing trades, quality, safety, and timelines to ensure flawless delivery.

What are you going to do 

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of architecturally designed custom homes
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards on site
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, QBCC regulations, OH&S, and company procedures
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials, reporting progress and resolving delays
  • Inspect all work for quality control, ensuring premium finishes are achieved in line with high-end specifications
  • Manage defect rectification and handover processes to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfactio

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor License
  • Proven local experience supervising custom or high-end residential homes in QLD
  • Carpentry trade background - hands-on knowledge valued
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for quality craftsmanship and delivering outstanding results
