What are you going to do 

We zoeken enthousiaste IT-Servicedesk medewerkers voor onze opdrachtgevers in Amsterdam. Je ondersteunt interne gebruikers via telefoon en chat, lost wachtwoord- en wifi-problemen op, voert systeembeheertaken uit en beheert gebruikersaccounts en infrastructuren. Binnen 12-24 maanden kun je certificaten zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt behalen, waarmee je carrièremogelijkheden als Functioneel Beheerder, Cloud-specialist en meer opent. We zijn toegewijd aan jouw professionele groei en succes.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde IT mbo-4 opleiding of een hbo-propedeuse in een relevante richting.
  • Gemotiveerd.
  • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

What we offer 

  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2400,- tot € 2700,- o.b.v. 40 uur.
    • Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
  • Op basis van de af te leggen afstand heb je recht op een OV-business kaart of een leaseauto. Beiden zijn ook privé te gebruiken.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
