What are you going to do

Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung von IT- und TK-Systemen, Netzwerken sowie Server- und Clientanwendungen
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Updates und Patches
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse und -Strukturen
Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft sowie Erstellung von Anleitungen und Schulungsmaterialien für Anwender
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Technische Informatik, Computer Science oder vergleichbar notwendig
Beurfserfahrung im operativen IT-Bereich, idealerweise Systemadministraion notwendig
Kenntnisse in IT-/TK-Komponenten von Vorteil
Gute Kenntnisse mit Sophos Firewall, Cisco, netFlow, etc. notwendig
Fließende Deutsch- und Eglischkenntnisse erforderlich
