Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a client - a leading global provider of microbiology and clinical diagnostics. The Technical Sales Representative will leverage their clinical microbiology expertise and sales acumen to drive business growth in the healthcare and laboratory diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will work remotely, visiting clients, attending trade shows, and occasionally traveling internationally.

What are you going to do 

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of clinical microbiology experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic mindset for market analysis and competitor research
  • Ability to travel across Canada and internationally as needed
  • French language skills are an asset but not required

First Contact

Scheduling an Interview

After being shortlisted, you will be contacted via email or telephone to arrange for a date on your availability for the qualification interview. 

Phone/ Qualification Interview

During the interview, you will be assessed on your level of experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company is seeking for the position.

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
