Introduction
Brunel International is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Superintendent for a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) position based in Papua New Guinea. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the aviation industry.
What are you going to do
As an Aviation Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aviation operations in Papua New Guinea. You will ensure compliance with safety overseeing all aviation activities within the project area, maximizing aircraft efficiency whilst delivering compliance with EP16 Directive (Aeronautical Policy of the Exploration and Production branch) and associated Company Rules of the aviation activity within the affiliate. Ideal candidates' prime activity is to manage the overall aviation activity including helipads and airstrips, responsible for planning of the aviation activity within affiliate scope.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
List of Requirements
- Industry experience as a pilot (RW, FW), aircraft engineer or air traffic controller
- 10 years' experience in the aviation industry (Mandatory).
- Previous experience working in Papua New Guinea or similar remote locations
- Experience in Aviation Safety Management and accident/incident investigation is desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work on a FIFO basis
