Introduction

We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative for our mining client in Manitoba. You will be responsible for building out the Manitoba region and developing relationships with mining clients. This is a full-time permanent position.

What are you going to do 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Manitoba (Winnipeg and Red Lake, Ont.)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate closely with our mechanical team to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of engineered pump solutions.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a commission structure that rewards high performance
  • Provide market feedback to the Sales Director and help shape our regional strategy.
  • Represent the company at Mining at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven track record in business development, particularly within the engineered pumps or related mechanical solutions sector.
  • Strong network within Winnipeg and Red Lake
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the territory
