For one of my pharmaceutical clients in Zaventem, I am currently looking for a Clinical Contracts Associate for clinical trials.

Are you a driven professional with experience in clinical contract negotiations? We are looking for a Clinical Contracts Associate to support the EMEA region with the preparation and negotiation of clinical research contracts, for an international player in the Life Sciences sector.

What are you going to do

As a Clinical Contracts Associate, you will be responsible for:

Adapting budget templates to local and site-specific requirements.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, amendments, and work orders.
Analyzing documents for corporate risk and proposing appropriate solutions.
Negotiating with research sites in line with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinating with Legal and other internal stakeholders regarding contract terms such as confidentiality, liability, intellectual property, etc.
Reviewing and approving translations in informed consent documents related to injury, privacy, and compensation.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in clinical research or a hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of contract negotiation within the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other standard software.
Familiarity with clinical protocols and medical technologies (cardiac, vascular, or neuromodulation) is a plus
