Introduction
What are you going to do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users accessing the ICV Digital Portal
- Respond to calls and emails from users and suppliers professionally and promptly
Essential skills and knowledge
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk services, communication help desk roles, or similar
- Strong knowledge of incident tracking and service management systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Arabic nationals only, with native-level fluency in Arabic (spoken and written), as the role requires clear communication with local stakeholders.
- English: Fluent proficiency (spoken and written) – required
- Must demonstrate clear and professional bilingual communication in both languages
- A basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage high-volume queries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Confident in navigating Microsoft Dynamics and digital platforms
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude
