We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team! In this role, you will be primarily responsible for installing and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating delicious, plant-based products while working in a friendly and supportive environment.

What are you going to do 

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout for industrial electrical equipment installations.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and related devices.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring and other electrical components.
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
  • Maintain, repair, install, and test switchgear, transformers, load reactors, and other electrical systems.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment, including repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
